The realisation of projects in an international context implies extra complexity and dynamism.
In a political, organisational, technical, cultural and legal sense, the cross-border differences are often significant. Extra effort is needed to realise effective agreements, specifications, procedures and construction contracts for projects that are part of a European corridor and that cross one or more national borders.
