High-speed rail line "Zuid"
The HSL-Zuid project, the high-speed line between Amsterdam and the Belgian border is a complex project implementing many new methods and technologies.
These include a DBFM contract for the superstructure, a multiple-year transport concession, riding at speeds of up to 300 km/h, application of 25kV traction system and the new European train control system ERTMS, and the construction of many short and long tunnels in the double route of around 45 km.
Client: Rijkswaterstaat
Roles: From 1999 until 2009, the advisors had various
roles in the project HSL-Zuid: Interface Manager Transport and
Infra concession, Interface Manager Operational Integration.
